Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Content and features are subject to change or termination without notice in the editorial discretion of LI. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to LI and its licensors.
If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your permission to use the Content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the Content.

Widget and other services use
Widget Subscription Terms
LI allows you to subscribe to widgets and place them on your blogs and other web pages you own.
You may not alter the widget in any way - including but not limited to the health content included within the widget, the functionality of the widget, the service used to display the widget.
You may only place a widget that you subscribe to onto sites that you own. For example, you cannot post a widget to an online forum.
You may not give the widget to other people to place on their sites.
If LI determines that a widget you subscribe to is being used on any web site not owned by you, LI reserves the right to disable both the widget subscription and your account EVEN IF YOU DID NOT CAUSE OR AUTHORIZE THE OTHER USAGE (e.g., the owner of the other site has taken the widget code without your consent).
LI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from use of the subscribed widget, whether it be on a site you own or someone else's site.
LI, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other LI service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account. LI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Public Relations, Confidentiality.
Neither party will make any announcements or statements to the public or create any written materials concerning the relationship between them without the prior written consent of the other, which is not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. In no event shall either party or any content, products or services present on either party's Site disparage the other party or any of the other party's affiliates.
Neither party shall disclose directly or indirectly to any third party or any employee, agent or consultant of the party who does not have a need to know such information for the party to meet its obligations under this Agreement any of the confidential information of the other party without the prior, written consent of the other party, which consent the other party may decline to provide at its sole discretion. For purposes of this Agreement, "confidential information" will have the meaning it is given in the Confidentiality Agreement entered into between the parties, but shall also mean all such information obtained as a result of the party's performance of this Agreement, including, without limitation, a party's business plans, product plans, performance data, usage data, financial information and customer lists.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
LI reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) for any reason, with or without notice.
LI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
